If you're not satisfied with your Clevable paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@clevable.org with your account email and the reason for your request. We'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.
After 7 Days
After the 7-day window, refunds are generally not available. However, we evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us and we'll work to resolve the issue or provide appropriate compensation.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
Free Plan
The Free plan is free forever and does not require any payment information. You can use the Free plan indefinitely without any financial commitment.
